Objectives

Construct a City-Owned and Operated Multi-Use Pavilion and Ice Rink

Develop a modern, versatile facility that operates as a high-quality ice rink during the winter months and transforms into a multi-use pavilion for events, sports, and community gatherings throughout the year. This city-owned venue will ensure accessibility and affordability for local residents, providing a recreational asset the entire community can enjoy.

Offer Year-Round Recreational and Event Programming

Design and implement diverse programming to make the facility a year-round attraction. In winter, provide dedicated times for ice skating, hockey leagues, figure skating, and learn-to-skate programs. During warmer months, host a variety of activities, including indoor sports, fitness classes, cultural events, and family-friendly gatherings that promote community engagement and active lifestyles.
